Policy exclusions, for any reason, must be fully identified and appear on the insurance binder, and/or certificate (some exclusions may not be acceptable)

Certificates of Insurance must be provided prior to start of work (to get this you must contact your insurance broker, they should know how to do this as it’s industry standard and they can usually provide this the same day for free)

It is the subcontractors’ responsibility to keep insurances and Sunbiz up to date and send updated General Liability and Workers Compensation Certificates once renewal has occurred (any lapse in coverage will be considered a breach of contract and payment will not be made)

To get paid you must submit an invoice for the payment requested in accordance with the payment schedule on the signed Subcontractor Agreement
